Shay Haggett Breast Cancer Campaign
Donation protected
Shay is a 47-year-old Army veteran and single mother of 5 beautiful children who is valiantly fighting Breast Cancer. Shay is an amazing mother and her greatest pride in life has been raising these kind-hearted and good kids. Her astonishing perseverance and strength combined with her kind, bubbly personality is truly inspirational because that's who she is. We are rallying to provide her the support not only monetarily but also emotionally because of the impact she's had on us all.
Shay was diagnosed with breast cancer two months ago. She has been told it was an aggressive type of cancer but that it has not spread to the lymph nodes. Since her surgery, Shay has taken every day as its been handed to her with an open-mind and great strength. She has started receiving radiation therapy this week at the VA in Seattle.
As many of you can imagine, this diagnosis and treatment brings immense medical costs, and for that reason, we are asking for your help. Shay works for herself as house cleaner and is unable to work due to her job exposing her to potentially harmful germs. Unfortunately, there are no veteran benefits available to cancer patients and the state does not provide any benefits either.
If you're able to spare some dollars to assist in Shays battle with cancer, here is an opportunity to do so.
Great love and appreciation for any and all donations.
