My name is Marysa. As hard as it is, I am asking for help to get my Mom through chemo and radiation to treat her stage 3 cervical cancer.

Without sharing too much, my Mom has fought hard circumstances her entire life. She has faced and overcame countless obstacles since childhood, to create a humble lifestyle for herself and my two siblings. Making every difficult decision, keeping us in mind first. Overcoming these last few years hasn’t been easy, and then she was diagnosed with Stage 3 cervical cancer in June 2025. She started chemo right away, once a month. She had a PET scan on 1st of October 2025, and the tumor is not responding to the treatment. Starting then, she’ll have radiation every week day for 15 minutes and chemo once a week. She’s been working the entire time. Her hard work ethic hasn’t wavered, but her body is starting to feel the effects of the chemo and slowing down is one of those difficult decisions she has to make.

Going into treatment she was confident in her strength. She reassured us she would fight with every ounce of her strength and I am here to help her in any way I can to ensure she has the space to do so.

Again, I genuinely appreciate your time and support. It means the world to my sibling and I. Our Mom sacrificed so much for us, and we want to help her every way we can.
