I'm reaching out to everyone for help. As most of you know, my husband Shawn "Buford" Morris lost his lower right leg in January. He has had nothing but complications since. His prosthetic doesn't fit well, he has sores, and of course, his diabetes doesn't make anything any better. He is now being referred to two different specialists. He needs a new type of cgm (continous glucose monitor) and now he needs an insulin pump. The medical bills alone are killing us. Yes, we have insurance that we pay $500 a month for through Tysons, but co-pays, medications, specialists, prosthetics, and the gas to get to these appointments have eaten a hole in our bank account.

We are reaching out for help with medical expenses. He has to get a prosthetic that he can trust and wear every day. He has to be able to return to work by the end of November so he doesn't lose his job. Please, anyone who can help, we would greatly appreciate it!
