HI, I'm Shawn. I'm from Stockton, Ca and for years I have worked in the community theatre as a Actor and Director and I also have worked in my current capacity with Special Needs Adults teaching Theatre arts . Life was progressing as normal when on May 26th, everything stopped. I was rushed to ER and placed on ICU with Congestive Heart Failure, Pneumonia and Kidney Failure due to Hypertension. As a result I am not medically cleared to return to work and the system has been slow to get funds to help me with my monthly expenses. as of today I am overdrawn in my account with more bills looming and still no help from those in the industry that are supposed to help other than more papers to fill out. I was even told I wasn't sick "long enough" to be helped. So I am appealing to you for any assistance you can give. I have always been told "You never know unless you ask" so I am giving it a try now. Thank you!
