Shawna unexpectedly passed away on 9/9, and the world will never be the same without her. She was a loving mom, sister and daughter, a great friend to everyone she crossed paths with, and her energy lit up a room the moment she walked into it. Her passion for fitness has inspired so many people over the years.

Shawna leaves behind her family: Jeff - her husband, Emma (10), and Caleb (7). As her family navigates these challenging times, finances should not be one of their concerns.
