You all know my Big Brother Shawn. What you may not know is that he has been dealing with the debilitating disease of Multiple Sclerosis
since 1990. His disease among other factors including his weight has left him immobile and reliant on a walker. In the past 4 months he has landed in the ER two times due to multiple medical conditions. This reality has prompted Shawn to realize that he must begin a serious journey of healthy eating and healthy living. He has a unique opportunity to reclaim his once active and fulfilling life by participating in a 6 week comprehensive program. We need your help to send him on July 29th to the Live in Fitness retreat in California. This is a turning point for him Please support in any way, no amount is too small.
