Shawn "Rhyon" Pewitt's Legacy Fund

 

On behalf of the family of Shawn "Rhyon" Pewitt, it is with great sorrow to share the news of our treasured friend's untimely passing.

 

To know Rhyon was to love Rhyon, and there aren't enough words to truly capture the essence of this beloved soul. Rhyon held many hats and titles; son, father, brother, friend. He was fiercely loyal and always up for a night with the bros that turned into an epic story to be told. Rhyon knew how to command a room like no other, was quick with wit, and was one

to make you laugh when it mattered the most.

 

Rhyon's legacy will continue on with his two children, Olivia-10 (Angela Sowinski) and Jayce-3. Ensuring they are nurtured with love and the memories of the man their father was, is Rhyon's devoted mother Barb (Hill) and father Randy Pewitt, his sisters Reeanna (Brant Williams), Randon (Justin) Greenleaf, and his partner's in endless adventures - brothers Randy (Jacqi Hayes), and Rhiley (Katie Anderson). Rhyon had many other family members near and far who share this loss, including Georgiana, Ian, and Alex Pewitt. He was a playful and loving uncle to Ashton, Austin, Colin, Alexis, Searra, Tyler, Kayla, Aryeanna, Skyla, Anson, and Justice.

 

Rhyon had been a proud member of the Ironworkers Local 395 for the last 15 years.

 

As in any circumstance as this one, it is never easy to put a monetary worth on a life gone to soon, but with such an abrupt loss, the family was not prepared and are asking help from their loved ones, family, and friends. All proceeds will be used to for the funeral expenses with all remaining funds to be immediately contributed to the Trusts of his surviving children.
