Shawn Dingus, gone too soon.

Donation protected
On October 3, 2018, Shawn Dingus, 43 of Thomson, Georgia unexpectedly passed leaving his loving family in great sadness and shock.

Shawn was strong in his faith and was loved by many. He was a loving son, brother, and uncle. His family was everything to him, especially his nieces and nephews, and he was everything to his family. Shawn was a very talented young man and enjoyed both acting and singing. Shawn even wrote and sang a song “Michael’s Smile” in memory of his nephew at his passing.

With cooking as his major passion, it came as no surprise that he was a chef at Highrail Eatery in Thomson. Through his cooking, he served delicious gourmet entrees to his friends, family, and guests. When Shawn wasn’t enjoying one of his many talents, he preferred to watch Braves baseball and Tennessee football.

Shawn’s mother, Peggy Dingus, and father, Mike Dingus, Sr., previously lost their grandson, Michael Dingus III, but known to others as “Mikey”. With no funeral plans made due to Shawn’s young age and unexpected passing, the family needs financial support to help cover his funeral costs. Any help would be greatly appreciated by the family and friends. If you cannot donate financially, prayers are appreciated.
