Hello Everyone, with a heavy heart, I am organizing this fundraiser on behalf of Shawn’s family to support them through this unimaginable loss.

Just a few days ago, the world lost someone far too soon. 28 years old Shawn Challis-Eatough.

Shawn was fearless in the truest sense of the word. He feared no one, stood his ground, and faced life head-on no matter what it threw at him. But his bravery wasn’t loud or cruel—it was rooted in heart. He protected the people he loved, stood up for others, and never backed down. Shawn had courage not just in strength, but in character.

He was incredibly kind, genuinely funny, and the type of person who could walk into any room and belong. He got along with everyone, never discriminated, and treated people equally. Shawn made people laugh during dark moments and brought light where it was needed most.

His sudden passing is a devastating tragedy, especially for his family. Shawn leaves behind his mother and his little brother. His mom, a single mother, has already been bravely battling cancer for several years—a fight that has taken both an emotional and financial toll. Losing her son while still fighting for her own life is a pain no family should ever face.

Today, we are asking for help to cover Shawn’s funeral costs and to relieve even a small part of the burden his family is carrying. This is about giving Shawn the farewell he deserves and showing his family that they are not alone in this moment of heartbreak.
