Shawn and Teonia Gott Medical Expenses

Hello, My name is Crystal Johnson. My Uncle, Shawn Gott, went to White River Medical Center on March 27 for a scheduled Gall Bladder surgery. While in recovery after the gall bladder surgery he began having complications with his heart that led to him having to be med flighted to Baptist Hospital in Little Rock where he had to have major heart surgery. He faced many obstacles before being a candidate for the surgery but overcame those obstacles and was able to have a Left Ventricular Assist Device surgically implanted in his heart. This device takes over the work of the left ventricle. The LVAD helps his heart pump oxygenated blood to his body when the heart isn't healthy enough to do so. This should lessen the workload of his heart, reduce symptoms and help him live longer. This surgery saved his life.

To just know Uncle Shawn and Aunt Teonia is a blessing. They are both VERY hard working people who have made their own way in this world. They have NEVER asked anyone for anything and they never will.

Friends and Family I’m asking for them…Please help me help Uncle Shawn and Aunt Teonia during this difficult time. Teonia is having to stay in a hotel every night after being kicked out of the hospital. Expenses are adding up and they have very limited income if any at all at this time.
