Help Real Surf’s Shawn Ambrose & Bella recover

Attention Oside and all world wide: My good friend, Shawn Ambrose and his beautiful German Shorthair Pointer pup Bella, were recently in a bad wreck. Shawn has multiple injuries including a busted ankle, eye trauma, and a concussion. Bella, his beloved shop dog that everyone knows and loves has sustained multiple injuries as well. Her vet bills are already at $18k and will climb further in order to make a full recovery. For those of you that don’t know Shawn Ambrose at Real Surf Shop in Oceanside, CA let me fill you in; Shawn has always been the first one to jump in and help out their community. Shawn has donated his time, his resources, and his heart and soul to anyone that has needed it. If you needed the shirt off his back, he’d give it to you, he can print more! when the pandemic hit, he was the first one to rally the community and really push to support local businesses, he designed and printed thousands of “Oside Takes Care Of It’s Own” stickers and distributed them to businesses and people throughout the community for free to let us all know who we are and how we do! For the better part of two decades, Shawn Ambrose at Real Surf has been a big part of the Oceanside community. Shawn has always been quick to lend a hand, donating both his time and resources to help out Oside locals in need.

Ambrose has always shown through his actions that "Oside Takes Care of Its Own" and now is the time to help him out in this tough time. As a result of a serious car accident, Shawn has sustained multiple injuries including a busted ankle, concussion, eye trauma and lots of cuts and bruises. His dream van is totaled. But worst of all, Bella was badly injured in the accident with the vet costs stacking up quickly… so far reaching a staggering $18k and counting.
