Shaving the Curly Bits, for Vonnies Girly Bits!

Hello one and all! Our dear friend and colleague... the glorious Von-Dog... needs our help and support. Being an amazing nurse, a single mum to Guy (29), Kade (13) and Calum (11); and granny to 2 gorgeous 8 month old girls (Amity and Lucie) - she gives back selflessly- and it's time to show her our appreciation and love!

The curls (on my head) are about to be buzzed off, as an incentive to support our Vonster, as she is NOT covered while off work with her next lot of treatment. Now, I have always been very connected to this curly hair of mine, so it's the very very least I can do for her, and donating anything you can possibly spare, is what YOU can do for her, and her beautiful family.

She has been so open, honest and humorous about her current cancer journey... always pushing to "get our bits checked" - So much so that I actually did it only 6 months after I had it done already!

This woman is always the first to check in if you're feeling down, with a laugh close to the surface, and one of the best nurses i have ever had the privilege to work along side. I can honestly say... that I have lost count of the "Mutley Laughs" we have had together! (think... horse fish and salmon)

So, please, please, please... She has cared for us and her community selflessly over the years... and now she has no ability to earn while she is off work with her treatments. As a single mum, she has very limited supports - so we are going to do it for her!
