Shaving my head for Alice's Arc!

Tax deductible
William Rutt will always be my brothers best friend.
Lovable, thoughtful, inspiring, with a passion for astrology and a love for Lord of the Rings.

From the age of 16, Will fought a harsh battle with cancer.

Rhabdomyosarcoma is a cancer that is most often found in children. Not only is the cancer itself an awful thing to deal with, the treatment is gruelling.
Alice's Arc aim to help families who are affected by the disease, and to raise awareness.

Will went through two courses of chemotherapy, and once the cancer had returned for a third time, in November 2020, Will and his family flew to Mexico to trial a new type of treatment.
I want to thank all of those who donated and made his trip to Mexico a reality.

In February 2021, surrounded by his family, Will passed away.

My aim is to raise money for Alice's Arc, in the hope that fewer families have to deal with the devastation caused by Rhabdomyosarcoma.

It is also my goal to show Will's inspiring family and Fiance just how much they are loved, and make sure they know that Will is always in our minds and in our hearts.

To achieve this goal,
In memory of William Rutt,
on the 11th of July 2021,
I am shaving my hair off.

Together, let's get as much exposure as possible!

I will be going live on Sunday 11th of July. If you would like to watch and show some support, please go to my Instagram page - www.instagram/holliesbrowsandbeauty
I will be posting updates along the way.

A word from my brother, Stan -
"I made friends with Will not long before his first diagnosis and, despite the years of ongoing treatment, he remained one of the most charismatic people in my life.

I vividly remember the mass-excitement of our friend group leading up to the famed Will Rutt house parties, where he was the life and soul and, most importantly, the DJ. For a teenager, he had an unmatched taste in music.

As we moved into Sixth Form, Will was as hilarious and fun to talk to as he’d always been, but had developed a maturity about him that I massively respected him for. He turned much of his energy towards self-help, meditation, and generally looking after his mind and body. He was astoundingly level-headed and wise.

Without a chance to study at university or engage in a full-time job, Will used his time to learn about the things he found most fascinating: astronomy, physics, meditation – harbouring an interest in the abstract and puzzling. We would talk for hours about the possibility of extra-terrestrial life and the nature of the soul. Will was really the only person I could enjoy that with.

No one expects to lose one of their best friends so early on, but I am hugely grateful for the wonderful times I did get to spend with Will."

Please donate if you can, no matter how big or small, and even if you can't, I ask of you to please share this.

It means the world to me and my brother.

Thank You
