Shause's Bone Marrow Journey

Shause is an 8th grader at South Jefferson Middle School in Adams, NY.  He was diagnosed with T-ALL (T-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia) whenever he was in kindergarten.  After undergoing chemotherapy, Shause was in remission for 6 years before his cancer returned.  Now, doctors are telling Shause and his family that he will need a bone marrow transplant to fight this terrible disease.

The family has to make multiple trips to Syracuse and New York City for Shause's cancer treatment, and it can get expensive when you start adding up gas, meals, hotel rooms, etc.  When the time comes for the bone marrow transplant, there will also be expenses not covered by their insurance.  We want the family to concentrate on Shause, and not worry about the expenses they are incurring.

Please help us help this amazing family during one of the most difficult times in their lives.  No parent wants to hear the news that their child has to fight for their life, so let's ease some of the worries that this family currently has by donating generously.
