With great sadness that I have to share the passing of  my mother, Shauna Polk, unexpectedly on the morning of January 26, 2021.  Shauna was loved by many. 
 She had a smile that lit up a room and a heart of gold. She didn't give a second thought to offering  help to others. She will be missed dearly by many.

I have started a fund to help out my family with any medical, funeral or other expenses that may arise.  We want to help alleviate some of the financial hardship for her father, daughter and son. 

It is in these times of loss and sadness when  people come together to help one another make it through, to support the people we care for.  Any support you may be able to provide would be greatly appreciated. Please keep our family in your prayers.
