Shauna Brown

Shauna Giselle Brown, the only daughter and child of Mozella Brown of Columbia, SC, and niece of Mr. and Mrs. Percy (Jonnie Mae) Perry of Gifford, FL, was fatally injured in route to her last nursing clinicals to become a nurse practitioner at Stamford in Alabama the first week of July.  Shauna had her BS in Nursing from the Univ of IL and had been studying to be a Nurse Practitioner by computer and going to AL periodically to do clinicals. She was missing for more than a week before her body was found in a ravine. Shauna was a Phi Beta Kappa Honors student, had traveled in missions to India and Honduras, and was a member of Bibleway Church in Columbia. She was also an ICU nurse at Prism Baptist Hospital in Columbia, SC. They would greatly appreciate any donations  in lieu of flowers you can make in Shauna’s honor so that a scholarship can be established in her honor for nurses.
