Anthony Villani needs your help!!!
Yesterday October 30 after coaching BMX for the youth at Ogden Skatepark, Anthony Decided 8pm to take a late night trip across town to Greenfield skate park for the weekly Saturday night session he’s normally not available to ride . Anthony dropped in and within 30 seconds experienced a freak accident at full speed crashing into a steep Bank. He was extremely fortunate to miss his head and face but his elbow completely broken. Within **minutes it had swollen to larger than a grapefruit. The nurses and doctors at the Er remarked it’s the worst they have ever seen .

The tip of his left elbow is broken off. He will need *reconstructive elbow surgery immediately !!!
The fracture is called “Olecranon Fracture” and the surgery costs well over $10,000. We are bracing ourselves for the medical bills to come over the next few months, and with no insurance, now no employment, Anthony is facing a very long road to recovery. There may be multiple surgeries, we don’t have enough information yet.
We are still in shock and deeply saddened at everything because Anthony has only tried to put forth positive efforts into the BMX scene . Dedicated to the bike for over 20years, he has went full speed this year (literally). Not only with his training & riding, but also in Hosting community bike jams, coaching local BMX kids for free, and also starting an online platform called Villain where riders can choose/create custom BMX merchandise
PLEASE if you can donate anything and share the link- we would be forever thankful . We pray Anthony can SAVE HIS ARM, get back to working, coaching, teaching, and sewing frame bags again next year.
