In Loving Memory of Sharon Roniece Whitten — “Nana”

On May 29, 2025, at approximately 7:15 PM, our beautiful mother, Sharon Roniece Whitten, also known to many as Nana, peacefully passed away in her sleep. She fought a good fight and was ready to go home to be with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Our mom suffered from renal disease, but her strength, grace, and unwavering faith never wavered.

She is survived by her Eight children, including myself. One of the greatest gifts our mother gave us was encouraging each of us to build our own personal relationship with the Lord, and for that, we are forever grateful.

On behalf of her children, we are starting this GoFundMe to raise $5,000 to host a Celebration of Life in her honor. Our mom was truly the life of the party, and we know she would want us to celebrate her joyfully, not with sadness, but with love, laughter, and memories that reflect her beautiful spirit.
