Hi everyone. The support for Sharon has been overwhelming. I made a visit to her tonight and let her know what we have done for her. She was very emotional and very thankful. Since we raised more than enough to cover the expenses I asked her what other help she needed. She's in desperate need of a handyman to fix a list of items around her house. Also she's needed to replace both the toilets in her house due to leaks. She was attempting to do it herself. I told her we would try to raise even more and get her new toilets and a handyman for a couple days. I'm going to up the goal to $2,500 which should buy her new toilets and a handyman's service. Don't feel obligated but know that you are making a wonderful women's day,week,month.
Original: During the rains of last week our dear friend Sharon Jeannot had a rainwater flood in her basement. Insurance does not cover flooding from external sources. I worked with Utah Disaster Kleenup and they kind enough to take care of her at cost. Sharon is much too proud of a person to ask for help so I know it tore her apart to ask for this help. Sharon has been so much a blessing to many of us over the years. If you can help donate enough to pay for Sharon's repairs she can have something not to worry about in her life.
My goals is to have Sharon not pay a dime for this unfortunate circumstance.
