During the early morning hours of November 8th 2018 my mother was getting ready for work like any other weekday. She received a phone call warning her that there was black smoke in the air and it appeared as if a fire had started near paradise. Thinking it was nothing serious my mother grabbed only important paper documents, her truck and the clothes she had on her back. She is very thankful to be safe and have escaped all of that horrible destruction. However her once beautiful home and all of her possessions were lost to the fire. She is slowly restarting her life over again after she had only just finished settling down in Paradise.
