Support Sharon ❤️‍

Hello! I am Katie Moffa and I am creating this GoFundMe for my mother-in-law, who was in a terrible car accident on Thursday, December 29th at the intersection of Industrial Boulevard and 217 in Derry Township. In the red car above was my in-laws. Shortly after the accident, my father-in-law, David Leonard, passed away at a local hospital and Sharon White, my mother-in-law, was life flighted to UPMC Presby.

When we arrived to see Sharon, she was being stitched up for the 6-8 inch gash that was on her face from the bridge of her nose to under her ear and she was identified to have a broken nose and several ribs. She will remain in the ICU for a few days, pending pain in her rib area.

We are hopeful to be helped with the medical costs with the car insurance. However, without Dave, Sharon will be down to one income that comes from SSI and HOPEFULLY some income from Dave’s SSI. Until then, she really does not have much money to pay for any of her medical costs, household bills, food, and the costs for her family to continue to go into Pittsburgh daily to see her and check in with the doctor and nurses.
