The Brighton Football, and extended family is honored to create this family Memorial fund for one of our own, Sharon Roberts.
“Mama Roberts” has battled breast cancer for the past 5 years. She is the center of her family, has left behind behind her husband of 18 years, Dayve, and her 3 amazing children Devin, Daesha, and Deron (aka Bubba).
Sharon has spent her life loving and living for supporting her kids and all their sports dreams.
Devin plays Varsity football for Brighton High School, while Bubba, a freshman, plays football on Brighton’s Sophomore team. Daesha, a force unto herself plays volleyball for Brighton, while keeping a watchful eye on her dad and 2 brothers.
The Roberts are a very humble family and don’t ask for much. Dayve is an extremely talented tattoo artist, works hard and currently holds 2 jobs. They are currently facing a life without their wife and mother, as well as mounting medical expenses from many years of chemotherapy, radiation and other cancer treatments and protocols. They will need all the help they can get to keep their family together, and full of hope.
The Roberts have been a part of the Brighton Football Family for many many years! Whether playing in Ute Conference little league or for the high school, we would love to believe that our extended Brighton Football Family, as well as others who know and love the Roberts family, could help raise enough to cover 100% of the medical and funeral expenses, currently left to Dayve.
