One of my dearest friends…a woman who has brought so much joy, light, and laughter to everyone around her needs some help right now. She’s a devoted wife to her veteran husband and mom to a sweet son I have known since he was in single digits and just recently graduated high school. She is a fierce supporter of women, and someone who has shown up for so many people in her life, myself included.

Now it’s her turn to be lifted up.

Sharon has end Stage 4 Cirrhosis of the Liver with ascites. She’s been approved as a candidate for a life saving liver transplant surgery, and while that news brings us hope, the reality is that the journey ahead comes with big medical bills, time off work, and tons of healing.

Some of us have decided to launch this GoFundMe to wrap her in the kind of love and generosity she has poured into so many of us over the years. Whether it’s $10 or $100 just whatever you feel in your heart and can spare to share.

She wouldn’t ask…but we will, because I know she’d do it in a heartbeat for someone else.

We’ve seen firsthand what THIS amazing community is capable of. You have all blown me away with your generosity and love for another friend going through a life-changing experience last year. I would love nothing more than to witness that same wave of support wrap around our Sharon now.

She’s a fighter, a giver, and the kind of woman who makes this world brighter.
