Sharon I Smith Memorial Fund

Sharon I. Smith was a dear friend of mine who passed away at the age of 81 on November 3, 2022. She loved the color blue, her cats, singing in the choir at church and her home in Copper Harbor with the most spectacular view of Lake Superior. Sharon was a strong, very independent woman who valued her privacy but when she did socialize could talk your ear off. We were friends for over 36 years, and she often spoke of wanting to take her last breath in her beautiful home overlooking the lake and be buried with her parents in Livonia, Michigan. I promised my friend I would make sure to honor her last wishes and have set up this GOFUNDME page to help defray the costs of both the funeral and the burial next to her parents.
