Sharon Duran Medical Expenses

Hi, my name is Cathy Caldwell, and I'm hoping we can all help out my dear friend Sharon Duran. She fell ill this September and is lucky to be alive. She spent several days in ICU where she was visiting with her loving family. We are so fortunate Sharon is a fighter! She's got awesome angels watching over her. She is still in serious recovery, kicking ass and has a long way to go. Please help with whatever you can, including positive prayers!!! Here is Sharon's update written by her:

I had my follow up appointment yesterday and this is what has been determined: I am definitely improving. My physical is progressing faster than my cognitive. Dr. Naomit recommended that I really really more rest. She reiterated the fact that I've been through an extremely traumatic ordeal and that I am "very lucky!" She stated that most people wouldn't have come out of this state! She wanted to refer me to a neurologist and do more lab work. However, she realizes my financial situation and doesn't want to cause more stress/anxiety. She is willing to see me again in a few weeks. It is not recommended that I come home as of yet and when I do I can't just jump into work. She doesn't want me to handle the load by myself and suggest I hire help. I need to stay away from too much stimulation: phone, TV, loud or busy places. I need a calm and stress free environment. We asked if doing a test drive, for elevation/being in the car, to Sandia's would be a good idea and she said yes. She gave ne a script for headaches and to help me sleep. It's really for seizures. Hopefully it's going to help! I asked about a relapse/reoccurrence and she said I'm walking a fine line....Rest rest rest! I guess I won't be back in Crested Butte until after Thanksgiving weekend.
