One such individual was Sharod "Roddy" Kindell, a visionary entreprenuer who was deeply dedicated to his family, his community, and his ambition to make a positive impact in the lives of others. And that's exactly what he did...made a powerful and lasting impact in the lives of many. This Go Fund Me effort serves to inform donors of "Roddy'" impact and to honor Sharod Kindell's remarkable journey--highlighting his resilience, his devoted love for his daughters, and his unwavering determination to create a better future for himself and those he valued around him.

Sharod, from an early age, stood out as "a youngster with some game," or, the kid with immense potential. He defied many of the stereotypical social expectations by immersing himself in athletics and cultivating a creative entrepreneurial mindset. While his peers were engrossed in negative influences, Sharod consistently chose the path of integrity, loyalty and hard work. These are also the qualities he instilled in his nephews; the standout young athletics in college and scheduled to graduate later this year.

Sharod believed in the power of personal rehabilitation and character development. Though Sharod faced a short period of incarceration, he embraced it as a turning point in his life. Rather than secuum to despair, he viewed it as an opportunity for personal growth and transformation. Throughout his time away, Sharod invested in educating himself. He honed his entrepreneurial skills and planning for his moment to shine. Sharod would always speak of planning and moving strategically, he was ALWAYS ON FIRE, ready for another opportunity, another chance to build a better future both for himself and his beloved daughters.

Then came the emergence of Coffee High Company.

Upon his release, Sharod clung to his dreams and creatively established Coffee High Company. Determined to prove the System and "all them haters..." wrong, with unwavering resolve and dedication, he navigated the challenges that presented themselves and decided to defy all the odds (particularly the odds defying move of opening a restaurant during the pandemic), and create the highly successful venture. Through Coffee High Company, and subsequent successful businesses, Sharod not only supplied employment to friends and associates, but also contributed to the vitality of the community, whether through his beloved Food Truck or acting as a source of entertainment and trusted support throughout the community.

Above all else, Sharod was a cherished father. He adored his beautiful daughters and strived to become the loving and supportive "Girl Dad" he consistently aspired to be. His journey as a ZA ENTREPRENEUR was always guided by his dedication to providing brighter futures for his children, ensuring they would grow up with the love, care, and opportunities he knew they deserved.

On January 24, 2024, tragedy struck and the world lost Sharod Kindell in a fatal traffic accident. However, his legacy will live on through the impact he made on the lives of those around him. Sharods story serves as an inspiration to all, highlighting the importance of resilience, determination, and the power of real love to overcome adversity and making real dreams a reality.
