Dear Friends of the Hoff Family,

The Hoff family has received some recent and devasting news. As many of you already know, Sharla Hoff is an amazing woman, mother, grandmother, and wife. After a few months of a worsening cough, she went to see her doctor and was diagnosed with Stage 4 Adenocarcinoma, Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer. This has been devasting news to our family. We are asking for your help in any way to support Sharla and the Hoff family. We may not know what the future holds for us, but we do know that this will be a hard-fought battle. We want to give Sharla the best care possible during this challenging time, and supporting us to reach our goal truly helps.

Sharla was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona. She has been a fantastic wife of 25+ years, a mother of 3, and a grandmother to 1 while expecting another grandbaby this year. Sharla often spends her time wandering the trails of the Salt River, taking in the beauty of the scenery and capturing pictures of the local wild horses. She enjoys relaxing in the pines, just listening to the breeze. She also has a wild side doing mud runs and obstacle courses. Despite suffering from lifelong asthma and having frequent bronchitis/ pneumonia, this has never stopped her. She still loves being out in nature and spending time with animals. We find this news so unfair and devasting as Sharla has never been a smoker.
