Hello Friends and Family,

We have exciting news… this July (4th-16th) we have an amazing opportunity with 7 other people to help spread joy, love, the Lord’s word, food, and school resources to the people in Eswatini, South Africa! Our group is a collaboration of Aleana’s church, LifePoint, and Adventures in Missions.

The goal of this mission is to develop lasting relationships with the Swazi community via a CarePoint. There we will be providing food, for most who will walk 2-6 miles to come, which will be their only meal for the day. Basic medical care, clean water, and a safe haven for children are also provided here. Daily we will do home visits to read the word of the Lord, pray, sing, bring supplies and learn of their families. Two days we will be having Family Community Days which will include games, dancing, and food for all. The village always looks forward to these celebrations when we visit.

Those that know us have witnessed the challenges we have recently faced and this trip didn’t seem like the right timing at first but have been given blessings from our families and more importantly there was a constant undeniable pull from God on our heart strings to do this together. As we have been friends since 3 y.o., gone through thick and thin, both near and far, doing this together feels like the most right calling.

Our ask is that you pray for this Eswatini team and if you would consider donating towards the mission. Each member is challenged to raise $3,500 for trip costs and supplies for the CarePoint.
