As you may or may not know, May is Mental Health Awareness Month. On May 19, Sharif A. Davis, lost his battle with mental health struggles. This GoFundMe campaign is to raise awareness and act as a reminder to check-in and maintain the upkeep of our mental well-being as we remember our beloved son, nephew, cousin and friend. The family is understandably shocked by this loss and unfortunately not prepared for all that goes along with planning a funeral at this extremely difficult time. If you knew Sharif, you’d know how much he touched the lives of everyone around him. It’s now our turn to give back and help his mother and family as they deal with the loss of their beloved Sharif. We are asking for donations to assist with covering, the costs of the funeral and memorial services for Sharif’s family as this passing was completely unexpected.
