Shareena Kotasek

Hi, my name is Lori O'Neill and I am fundraising for the family of Jaye Domi Kotasek. We are hoping to raise funds for Shareena's memorial and funeral. Her mother is devastated and she is a beloved friend of mine.

Shareena's journey was often filled with struggles, she showed us the extraordinary strength that resides within those who battle mental illness daily. Shareena fought not only for herself but also to shatter the stigmas surrounding mental issues, bravely sharing her experiences to inspire others and spread awareness. Her courage was nothing short of inspirational.

Despite the darkness that mental illness sometimes brought into her Young Life, Shareena possessed a radiant spirit that touch the hearts of everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. She had an infectious laughter that could brighten the gloomiest of days and a kindness that knew no bounds. Her presence was a gift to us all.

Serena's light may have been extinguished far too soon but her impact on this world will continue to shine brightly through our Collective efforts to remember and honor her.

Let us come together just as Shareena would have wanted to support her mother Jaye and sibling Skyla through this heartbreaking time.
