Nonna Nella’s: Bringing Italian Comfort Food to the Streets

Hello everyone,

My name is Dominic, and I’m reaching out to you with a dream close to my heart — inspired by the amazing woman who is solely responsible for my interest and ability to make Italian cuisine: my beloved grandmother, Nella.

Nella taught me that good food brings people together, creates memories, and heals hearts. She filled our family table with love, laughter, and the most comforting Italian dishes you could ever imagine.

In honor of her legacy, I’m working hard to launch Nonna Nella’s Food Truck — a mobile kitchen serving authentic, homemade Italian comfort food made with the same love and care she put into every meal. From fresh pasta to hearty meatballs and warm, crusty bread, I want to share a piece of my family’s tradition with our community.

Starting a food truck is a big dream that requires a lot of work and investment. Funds raised will help cover:
