I’m Indiya Hawkins, i’m raising funds for my cousin, Shaquan Evans, unexpected departure. He was a young, enthusiastic 22 year old, who looked forward to finishing college & beginning his life. He loved laughing, joking around and playing football. Unfortunately, we’ve recently learned that his life insurance policy has lapsed.
