Shannon Hill Marquis Memorial Fund

My daughter Shannon left this life way too soon. And though we know she is in her heavenly home where there is no more suffering and no more pain we deeply grieve the loss of her presence. Shannon loved with a passion that pressed beyond the limits of her struggles.

Many years ago she innocently stepped through the gateway of addiction to avoid physical pain. Shannon's life became one continual cycle of struggle which eventually robbed her of her health and life but never wholly stole from her the generous heart and adventurous, fun loving spirit and deeply passionate heart of love.

Through it all she never stopped loving her two children, Meagan and Ryley, and desiring the best for them.
It is this love, we her "village" want to honor! Meagan shares her Mom's loving passion for children and has set her sails in the pursuit of that dream... She is in the process of earning her degree in Early Childhood Development and then on to Pediatric Occupational Therapy. Ryley's internal compass seems to be set on a course directed towards Firefighting. Having enjoyed some exciting years performing in Sailor Circus and now training to walk wire with the Wallendas he has that spirit of fearless adventure like his Mom.

We really have no financial goals set to meet... it was just a required field to enter!... but will be extremely grateful for any contributions that are made to help primarily with the educational expenses for these two amazing kids! Thank you from the fullness of our broken hearts for however you choose to remember our Shannon and her children whom she loved "to the moon and back:!
