Many people, impressed with Shannon’s strength and service to our country have inquired about setting up a scholarship in her name for a student or students at Stissing Mountain Jr/Sr High School.
In an effort to give people who want to “do something” a place to remember Shannon and pay it forward I am creating this account. We will confer with Shannon’s family to determine parameters for the scholarship and give it to a deserving senior for as many years as we possibly can depending on monies raised.
Shannon was an American Hero. She was fierce but compassionate, brilliant, kind, creative and talented in a myriad of ways. Help us honor her memory in a way that will help students like her chase their dreams.
