I am a friend of the Sledge family and am brokenhearted that Nancy Sledge has passed on this morning. I am so grateful for her friendship and love. I know if you knew her, you loved her too. She will be missed terribly.

The family's finances are stretched to the limit due to all the hospital bills/deductible/copays in the last year and funeral expenses to come. Shannon's clients were transferred to Nursing homes so she is not working and was caring for Nancy exclusively as she came home on hospice. There is also deferred maintenance on the house due to the hospitalizations this past year.
