I met my friend Shannon through mutual friends and I asked her if she had ever seen Outlander. She hadn't.Big mistake !!! Lol! She became obsessed, I created a monster!!!She lived in California and I live in Ontario. So every night we would FaceTime each other and set up Netflix to the exact time and watch Outlander together. We became the best of friends and we went to Scotland together to see all the Outlander places that we saw on TV. She came up from California to visit me in Ontario for the fall and she got to see the fall colors for the first time. As we became best friends, her mother and I got to be very close also. Shannon always wished that she could see snow but unfortunately she never did. It was an unexpected death. The doctors discovered an infection in her intestines. They tried to get it all, but it was too late. She was put into a coma to pass away peacefully. I never got to say goodbye to my bestest friend, my bff we would call each other. My goal is to raise enough money so I can fly down to California and meet her mother in person and to scatter Shannon's ashes with her. I am the only one of her friends that keeps in touch. Shannon's mom doesn't have anyone else, I'm like a daughter to her, she knows how close we were. Money is very tight, I tried to get a renter to help with the costs, but that didn't work outI miss her so much. I loved and loved her very much. My heart breaks everyday Colleen (Shannons mom) doesn't want to lay her daughter to rest by herself so I asked this of strangers if they could just help me out a little bit and Colleen and I can start the healing process.if you can I thank you from the bottom of my heart
