Shannon O’Day Brown’s COVID Recovery Fund

I am setting this fund up for my best childhood friend, Shannon O’Day Brown. She has COVID and been in the hospital for over a month and yesterday she was flown to UofM because her condition has deteriorated. Shannon has 4 children and a household that needs to continue to function. These funds will be used to help relieve the financial hardship of this very difficult time. She is the type of person who brings people together, cares for others, someone who will drop everything to support others in times of need and in celebration. Today she is in need, and I’m hoping that we can help her family financially in addition to all the love, prayers, and good vibes.

I have felt so helpless through her struggle with COVID and I know this is something I can do that will help alleviate some of stress endured by this. I’m hoping this effort helps me not feel so helpless, and will help you feel that way too.

Im not asking for huge donations, I’m asking for a dollar and for you to share this on your page for me. If you can give more than a dollar I’m know it would be greatly appreciated. I have set a very high goal for funds in hopes that those know her, know of her, and those that don’t, will contribute. I am hoping for her path to turn toward recovery, know that it is a long road ahead, and I don’t want any of her or her family’s energy spent on financial worries.
