Hi, if you’re reading this, you probably know who Shannon is, and if you don’t, you probably should. Shannon is one of those people that wears her heart on her sleeve. She is always willing to care for others and goes above and beyond for those that she loves.

Well, it’s OUR time to take care of her!!!

On August 11, 2025, this nightmare started. Shannon suffered a stroke. She laid on the floor for hours with no way to move or help herself as she lives alone. She finally thought to use AI and ask it to call 911. Thank God she did. She has been in the hospital since. As you can imagine, she is living every day in fear for her health and future well-being.

Today, Shannon had surgery to repair Cavernoma, which is a stage 3 brain bleed. This was a 7-hour, invasive brain surgery. Her blood vessels have become entangled in a knot, causing this to be a very complex and tricky surgery due to its location.

Soo… her journey has hardly begun. She has a long, hard road ahead. She will need acute rehab, eye surgery, rehabilitation to gain strength and usage of her right hand, and education on how to walk again. She will need home-based nursing and support, and she will need a scooter. Her vision and hearing are impaired. She will be patched so she can stop seeing multiples. The list of needs is endless. That’s why I am asking for your support.

Prayers are always appreciated and welcomed, but financially Shannon cannot survive alone.

She will need household accommodations and help with her dog. Again, an endless list.
