Our dear friend Shannon Miller has suffered a severe traumatic German Sheppard bite that has removed a large portion of her calve. Shannon will require skin grafts but is not a candidate for the procedure until the initial wound heals some more. This means recovery could be long and painful. During this time she is unable to work at her seasonal job in the film industry and will be unable to contribute to her employment insurance which has already been exhausted for this term. Please consider contributing for Shannon as she recovers, she will need to pay her bills, for medications and therapy. She will be pursuing an insurance claim with the dog owner who is completely cooperative in this process, but often claims take years to be resolved. Thank you friends.
