Shannon Dunleavy Memorial Award
Donation protected
Shannon Dunleavy passed away on March 27, 2013 after a battle with cancer. She was only 28 years old.
To keep Shea's spirit alive, in 2014, friends and family started the Shannon Dunleavy Memorial Scholarship in her memory.
The scholarship is awarded annually to a talented DHS student writer who exhibits Shannon's courage, strength of character, sharp wit and profound gratitude for life.
The scholarship has been funded through the years by all of you, from a fundraising effort eight years ago! We only have $500 remaining in the account but want to keep the annual $1,000 student scholarship going long term and are asking for your help!
Thank you in advance for keeping Shea's memory alive and contributing to a deserving high school senior's college tuition.
Love,
Whitney
