Shannon coopers send off

A few years ago, when Shannon was just 15 years old, she was told she had cancer in her elbow. As much of a shock this was, Shannon fought through her treatment, after several rounds of chemotherapy and the amputation of her arm, Shannon was told the cancer was clear. However in 2019 after Shannon went into hospital for what was thought to be a urine infection, after several tests were carried out, Shannon was told she had lung cancer, and that this was terminal. Shannon spent the rest of her time in and out of hospital receiving treatment, and also tried ticking as many things off her bucket list as she could with the time she had left. Shannon got happily married in October 2019, and got her puppy that she desperately wanted. However after a long up and down journey on 01/06/2020 at 2am Shannon sadly lost her battle to cancer.

Shannon was only 22 and was one of the most inspirational women. She fought for so long and she is finally at rest.

We are asking as a family for support to fund Shannon’s funeral, we unfortunately do not have the funds to give Shannon the send off she most definitely deserves.
