Shannon Blanks' Memorial

Hi. My name is Erin. Me and my partner Alex were friends of Shannon. We loved him and, like many of you, are looking for ways to find closure as we process his passing.

We thought the best way to honor Shannon is to gather his friends and watch a great movie together. So we are reaching out, to collect funds so that we can rent a theater as a place for us to do this.

The plan is to start by meeting each other, connecting, and sharing our favorite moments and stories of Shannon. Then as a tribute to a true cinephile, we'll watch the movie together.

Anyone who doesn't want to stay for the film, is totally free to leave, of course. If you can't make the memorial at all, that's fine too but any contributions would be very much appreciated. If there is money left over it will go to Shannon's brother and his aunt. Thank you.
