Shane’s Reconstructive Surgery Fund

Hello we are the family of Shane Cliff and are asking for help,

Early morning on the 16th of September, Shane was attacked with no motive.

He was walking home from family’s house when he came upon people stoped in the road. Being the kind hearted soul he is he approached them to offer help. With in seconds and with no words or comments they were on him, Shane tried to run but they had him down before he could get away. Multiple people took turns kicking his body and his face over and over again. Fearing for his life and realizing he had to get away to stay alive he scrambled his way to his feet fighting the whole time, and thankfully was able to break free.

He ran for his life while they chased him, being a Tahoe local his instincts kicked in and he took off towards the beach, jumping two fences and hiding under a dock, where he waited sitting partly in the water for roughly 20 minutes until he no longer heard anyone. At this point he knew he needed to get help. 

After calling 911 and being brought to the hospital it was discovered that he had a concussion, brain bleeding, and multiple fractures to his head and facial area. His right eyes is swollen shut and his eye brow is caved in. He will need to get facial reconstruction surgery to make sure all damage is repaired as best as possible.

We are asking for as much help as we can get to help get Shane this surgery. Every little penny helps!
