Ok so my primary cancer is testicular sarcoma. I am starting chemo todayDec 6 until Tues. I will be able to go home Tuesday afternoon. I can no longer have any smoke of any kind near me, the chemo treatment is going to attack my lungs and I don't need anything else attacking them. I will lose my hair and ability to father children. Which I'm done with having kids anyway lol.  The outlook for this type of cancer is pretty good. I don't know the exact numbers but the oncologist said they are much better than if I had colon cancer like there was a chance of. I will be having 3 different kinds chemotherapy treatments. 1 treatment is done every week.  The other are done every 3 weeks.  The 1 a week will take about 30 minutes.  When I have all three in one week it will take all week. 3 days of chemo and then 2 days of rehydration and recovery. If anyone wishes to talk that's fine however to be completely up front I will probably only answer to texts and ims. I just haven't felt like actually talking on the phone much lately.
