Hi, I'm Shane and I'm transgender. I live in Tennessee and I have been transitioning for almost 5 years now. I have been approved for top surgery on May 28th 2025 and I could not be happier. I do need help with paying for this though. I will be out of work for 1 month, so beyond the cost of the actual surgery, I will need help with my day to day living expenses. I am hoping to raise $5,000 to help me with this. Anything will help, and it is greatly appreciated.
