Shane was involved in a serious car wreck on Saturday, August 29, 2020. There was a high speed police pursuit on Hwy. 138 in Conyers, Ga. Shane was an innocent bystander on his way to his favorite fishing hole to meet his brother for an evening of fishing. He was struck broadsided by the pursuing officer at the inner section of East View and Hwy. 138.
Shane was rushed to Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, GA. He's sustained
serious injuries, (4 broken vertebrae in his back, 8 broken ribs and facial fractures). Currently in ICU. At this time he has very limited movement in his lower extremities and a team of doctors are trying to map out a game plan for the next course of action. To say the least he's facing a long road of recovery.
Shane is self employed as a Heating and Air installation contractor with no medical insurance. He and his wife just celebrated their one year anniversary of marriage. He has three children in which they both treasure. His wife just started a new part time job. So they are going to need help after this devastating tragedy.
Your prayers are most graciously appreciated and if you can help with a donation that will be appreciated as well.
