Few people in this world live their lives so selflessly that they seem to touch the hearts and lives of every person they meet. Kristi and Shane are two of those special people. Now, after years of battling cancer and beating the odds time and time again, they are faced with the painful reality that the fighting is almost over, and Kristi is preparing to spend eternity in the presence of the Lord. They have discontinued treatment and transitioned to palliative care.

There is an army of people who have been loved and served by these two beautiful human beings.  Even in the thick of the battle they continued to give themselves to the service of others.  And now, it's time for us to love and serve them back. We can never repay the love they have shown all of us and we can't take away the pain of this process, but we can certainly try to ease the stresses and anxieties that come with a transition like this. 

We hope to raise as much money as we can to help cover medical costs, unexpected finances, and enough extra to help relieve the worldly pressures that will come along throughout this journey, so they can focus entirely on each other and their families.
