Shane and Emily Teater - Louisville, CO Wildfires

Our dear friends, Shane and Emily Teater, and their three beautiful children, along with their entire neighborhood and community of Louisville, CO have suffered a tremendous, devastating, and heartbreaking loss due to the massive wildfires that ripped through their homes. Thankfully, they are all physically safe and sound, but their lives have been upended by this catastrophic event. They, their friends, and their community are sifting through the wreckage as they work to put the pieces of their lives back together. The weeks and months ahead will be incredibly difficult for them all. Caleb and Shane have been friends for over 30 years; he and Emily stood by our sides as we were married almost 11 years ago, I was the first person to visit them at the hospital after one of their precious baby girls was born, and Shane and Caleb got rip-roaring drunk together at 1:00 a.m. after the Cubbies finally won the World Series in 2016! So many of you have known and loved Shane since you were kids, and he has always been one to lend a hand to others, and now it’s our turn to help him and his beautiful family. All money raised will go directly to help the Teater family as they rebuild their lives in Colorado, in addition to providing aid to their friends and community members who have also suffered such a devastating loss.
