School Desks for Shamor Bari

We want to provide actual desks for the under privileged elementary school children in Shamor Bari. Currently, they sit on the floor with their books because the school is too underfunded to create a suitable learning environment.
You can see there are red carpets laid out for the children to sit on but this is nowhere near the provisions we want to see them with. Every child deserves to be a student writing on an actual table, at least at school. Help us provide their school with this extremely basic, foundational need by donating today. JuiceCastle will be in Bangladesh this June to ensure all the funds are properly spent and that this project is completed.



If we reach our first goal, we also want to provide a place to play for the elementary students of Shamor Bari in place of this barren dirt field. Currently, these young kids have no option but to play barefoot in the sand surrounding the tiny school. In impoverished areas like this one, it is important to encourage the students to attend school and actually pursue an education rather than drop out and look for employment, common practice among the poorer families.
