Shameka Cooper was a Medical Assistant in the Cancer Pavilion Hematology Clinic. She was a dedicated member of our team, and her departure has left us all with a heavy heart.

During her time with us, Shameka made countless contributions to our team and left an indelible mark on all of us. She will always be remembered for her unwavering commitment to our patients, contagious energy, and kind-hearted nature.

She leaves to mourn 10 children, a loving husband and a host of family and friends. Due to this being completely unexpected, you can only imagine the financial burden placed on the family. If you can find it in your heart to donate to the family for funeral arrangements and any other expenses needed, it would be greatly appreciated.
